Commitment to working your business. You must be committed to getting on my calendar to work out a plan and following through with your schedule.
If you already have recruits, a print out of your downline members including their sales. Highlight the reps that have an order of $300 or more per campaign.

Here is what it takes:
We need to meet for about an hour to discuss a plan. You have to commit to at least 3 hours a week together prospecting. I will agree to work with you 3 hours per week for 4 weeks. I would like you to write “P”, the time, and location you will go prospecting on your Calendar. For Example, On November 5th you would write P 1pm-2pm Walmart.
You will also commit to implementing the Power of 5, 4 days a week. On the days that you are not prospecting for 1 hour, you give 5 brochures away to 5 new people. This will potentially give you an additional 20 new customers. I would like you to write P5 on your Calendar, on the days that you will implement the Power of 5.
You are welcome to complete this program by yourself. I have reps throughout the US and I’m unable to meet with them weekly. I also have reps that feel comfortable working by themselves. If you would like to complete this program on your own, please let me know. I can still be your accountability partner and support you through this program. All I ask is that you email me a copy of your calendar so that I can properly support you and celebrate your accomplishments.
The first time you cancel and don’t meet, I will have to cancel our 4 week plan and begin working with someone else that is willing to commit to the agreement so that they can advance in 4 weeks. I want to help everyoneadvance, but, must dedicate my time to those that are serious.
Make sure you have ample brochures, business cards and recruiting flyers all ready prepared before we meet.
For 1 hour we will talk to 6 people about the Avon Opportunity. You can invite them to an Opportunity Meeting, appoint them on the spot or set a time and place for the appointment. You will need to do this 3 times a week for 4 weeks. In a 4 week period you will have offered the Avon Opportunity to at least 72 people and you should have appointed at least 5 people. You will also have to add time to their calendar to train the people they recruit.
