1. Have your own hobbies that you enjoy.

Stop waiting for your husband to entertain you or participate in activities.  Identify something that brings you joy and schedule time for you and your hobby daily.

2. Just say no.

Stop overextending yourself. Turn down in invitations that don’t fit into your schedule. Feel comfortable choosing to maintain your sanity over the requests of others.

3. Learn to let go of issues or difficult situations quickly.

Never allow pain to grow in your heart and create bitterness. Release Al negative energy that wants to weigh you down.
