Hug or hold each other for at least 5 minutes twice a day. Oxytocin increases in your body when you hug. An increase in oxytocin lowers blood pressure and of the stress hormone norepinephrine.
Always kiss hello and goodbye.
Have regular date nights
Leave love notes around the house for them to find.
Compete to see who can out spoil the other. This might sound weird, but, think about when you first started dating. He would do something for you, you would immediately think of something you can do for him.
